Here we see a chimney where there are cracks in the crown cracks in the mortar joints and loose spalling brick. Masonry counter flashing is also needed. Lastly the chimney will need to have a new cricket installed behind it.
The repairs needed for this chimney will be to build all new crowns, to tuck-point this fireplace chimney from the top down to the ground, and to supply and install all new masonry counter flashing on this fireplace chimney. Last we will supply and install a new shoulder flashing pan with drip edge on two sides and remove and replace approximately 25 old town red spalling brick.
