This SE 22nd Avenue Chimney has seen better days. This fireplace chimney is cracked loose and crumbling above the roofline with poor flashings at the roofline. This chimney must be dismantled down to just below the roofline and rebuilt reusing the brick from the takedown to maintain the historic look. The chimney needs tuck-point Repair from the rebuild line down to the ground.
