Late last year we rebuilt the chimneys on this gorgeous SW Portland home. Today, we did our preventative maintenance contract. We completed the job by installing custom stainless steel chimney caps, powder coated and painted black. Both chimneys got sealed above the roofline with industrial grade masonry sealer. The side fireplace chimney got painted from the eve down to just passed the shoulder using matching gray elastomeric paint. Now these chimneys on this home are solid and properly protected from the PNW elements.
