Online reviews are a bit of a holy grail for businesses, because they provide an objective view of a customer’s experience with that business. But getting a review isn’t always as easy as we would like it to be. Most people don’t think to offer a review, unless that company demonstrated service above and beyond what was expected.
That’s just one of the many reasons why we’re so proud of our customer reviews. Our customers have taken the time to write reviews on our behalf, because they felt as though the service we provided them was worth taking note of. Here is what a recent customer had to say about us on YELP.
“I had Cody, Zach, and Barry at my house for a few days removing a chimney that was in poor condition and no longer needed. Removing a chimney is a lot of hard work, but is a pretty straight forward process. The most important part of the job is sealing off the work area to prevent your entire house from being covered in dust. These guys did a great job with that and also cleaned up thoroughly once they were done.
Cody communicated with me throughout the process and when I mentioned some future renovations we have planned, he identified a way for me to save a little money on the chimney removal by not doing some work that would end up being replaced later. The whole crew was friendly and polite throughout the job. I wish I could hire them for different types of construction projects.“
